Arecibo has many hidden gems and this tour takes us to 3 of them. First we start our hike up to the caves by hiking up another beautiful attraction called the 7 Arches. These are natural arches made from the ocean beating against the rocks for millions of years. Truly breathtaking. Keep your camera close. Then we enter into the cave. Beware that this part of the tour is not for the faint of heart or people who suffer claustrophobia. The cave is an absolutely surreal experience as you feel transported back to the past when you see the taino petroglyphs up close and personal.
After we exit the cave we get to hike back to the van and make our way to a relaxing and beautiful beach called Poza del Obispo. An absolutely amazing way to finish the day after such an adventure
