We will cook one of the most traditional dishes of the Island "Alcatra" we will also make bread, all in our wooden oven at a locals home, we will have a great view and have some local starters while waiting for the Alcatra and for the bread. you can walk around the property, see the bees, fruit trees, pick any if in season.
While preparing your dishes, you will be treated with some some local cheese and bread, with wine, beer, and water of your choosing. Then cook some local sausages and linguiças to start nibbling on, as your food continues cooking.
When the food is ready you will sit down to eat your freshly-prepared cuisine, and at the conclusion of your tour you will be returned to your accommodation.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
