We kindly ask our guests to wear festive attire on New Year's Eve.
On the Hanseblick, the style leans more towards chic, while on the Schaprode it leans more towards party. No one will be turned away based on clothing.
Please remember to bring warm layers, as it can get cool on the water at night while watching the fireworks under the open sky.
Walk straight through the terminal. When you exit, turn a little to the right and go directly to Pier A. Both of our ships leave from there, and you can easily recognize them by their red and white design. If you have any questions before the trip, our team at the ticket office inside the terminal will be happy to help.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
