From Porto to the heart of the Douro, a scenic journey where we will cross the Vinho Verde wine region, while you will be dazzled by the unexpected landscapes of the North of Portugal and listen to the stories that characterize this magical region.

We will visit a renown port wine producer in the morning, where you will learn about all the secrets regarding the making of Port wine and explore this beautiful winery and see the stunning surrounding vineyards before you taste several delightful Port Wines. Also in the morning you have the option of a relaxing boat ride with breathtaking views so you can appreciate all the beauty of the Douro from the water.

For lunch, we will head to the second winery, a small producer located in a lovely manor house from the 18th century, to enjoy a Portuguese three course meal accompanied by a selection of Douro DOC wines,
followed by another tasting at their private cellar.

When you return to Porto, you will be an expert of the region's wines, history and culture. And willing to return soon.
