• Please note: in order to operate Dutch, French, Spanish tours, it's mandatory to have 2 people per tour; a solution will be provided incase these minimums are not reached
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sign a Statement of Responsibility for children under 17
• Riders must be able to properly ride a bicycle and must be comfortable with riding on the road; you may be asked to demonstrate that you are a competent rider
• If travelers are not able to properly ride a bike, the local partner reserves the right to cancel the booking without any refund or compensation
• The rider must be in good physical condition, without mobility impairments
• The company reserves the right to judge the capacities and abilities of riders prior to the use of a bicycle
• The tour operates rain or shine

Meet at the local partner's agency at Rua Alexandre Herculano 251. You must check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
