During the concerts, you'll listen to a traditional music style that is far removed from the commercial Fado that is often found in tourist hotspots. This is the only venue in Portugal which is fully dedicated to authentic and artistic Fado. This aproach is defined by improvisatio and it's a musical invitation to contemplate the nature of existence and to express joy and sadness in a celebration of life.
During the concerts you will hear around 12 Fados and 2 instrumentals songs of portuguese guitar, an exquisite instrument that you must listen if you're coming to Portugal.
Before the concert starts, you will be offered a glass of Port.
