Meet your marine biologist guide and board a boat to begin your adventure. Learn about the marine biodiversity and the cetaceans that occur in the region. A marine researcher from the University of Lisbon, Azores or other partner University will be on board to collect data and provide you with updated information about marine life.

Spot whales and dolphins from the boat. With over 25 species of cetaceans in the region, you will likely see 2-3 species on each tour. See sperm whales throughout the year, blue and common whales in the spring, and Bryde's and Sei whales in the summer, as well as various species of resident dolphins.

As the boat is semi-rigid, this activity is not recommended for those with serious back problems or during pregnancy.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
