Dare to explore the trails and landscapes of Conimbriga and the Serra de Sicó in a unique 4x4 buggy experience. Passes by the Ruins of Conimbriga, Buracas do Casmilo and viewpoints in the region.
A unique 3-hour experience, driving an adventurous off-road buggy along mountain trails to explore the region and the gastronomy of Conímbriga and the Serra de Sicó.
Among the ruins and typical villages we get lost and climb up to the Senhora do Circulo mountain range, where we enjoy a 360º view of the entire region. The road continues towards the Vale das Buracas do Casmilo, where we stop to admire the cellars belonging to an ancient huge cave that existed inside a large block of Jurassic limestone more than 160 million years old.
We take the wheel again and drive towards the Roman Villa of Rabaçal, located 12km from Conimbriga. Here, we make a gastronomic stop at A Queijeira do Rabaçal for a tasting of the region's cheeses and sausages and a visit to the animal farm. Energies restored, it's time to head back along the Way of Saint James. We pass through the village of Zambujal, Fonte Coberta and take the left bank of the Rio dos Mouros, once again catching a glimpse of the Roman city of Conímbriga.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
