Enjoy a private cooking class for up to 8 people at my home on Corstorphine Hill. Cook and eat a two-course seasonal menu against a background of outstanding city views and renowned Scottish hospitality.

Meet your host, Fiona, who has a passion for delicious food cooked with outstanding Scottish produce. Trained by Leith's School of Food and Wine, she offers a private cooking class at her home.

Enjoy tea or coffee on arrival with homemade Scottish shortbread, then a seasonal main course and pudding, designed to cater for all dietary requirements.

Sample winter menu - honey and whisky roast marinated salmon with spaghetti of seasonal vegetables, and steamed marmalade pudding with whisky ice cream. Leave with a Scottish gift and perhaps a short walk to enjoy stunning views across Edinburgh from "The Rest and Be Thankful" immortalized in Robert Louis Stevenson's book "Kidnapped."

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
