From there, journey across the remote beauty of Rannoch Moor before stopping at legendary Glencoe. Prepare for jaw-dropping views at every turn.
Next up is Mallaig, a charming coastal village where you’ll have time to stretch your legs, explore the harbour, and enjoy an early dinner. If seafood’s your thing, this is the place to try the catch of the day.
Then it’s time for the main event — the Jacobite Steam Train. Climb aboard in Mallaig and soak up one of the world’s most scenic rail journeys as you wind along Scotland’s spectacular west coast. Keep your camera ready as you cross the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct — yes, the one from Harry Potter.
Hop off in Fort William, where your guide will be waiting to continue the adventure with a scenic coach journey back to Glasgow.

We advise you to organise transport to the departure point in advance and make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in; late arrivals cannot be refunded and we cannot delay departure.
Return times are approximate and subject to weather/travel conditions - allow at least 3 hours for onward travel or reservations.
Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase (max 33lbs/15kg) and 1 carry-on.
Collapsible wheelchairs are allowed if you are accompanied by someone to assist with boarding.

It is not possible to upgrade to First Class tickets for the Jacobite Steam Train. Standard tickets are provided.
Please meet 15 minutes before departure at Buchanan Bus Station for check-in. Look to the screens to locate your gate.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
