Day 1:

After breakfast at your hotel in Kigali, check out and transfer to Akagera National Park. Enjoy the landscapes and the hills of Rwanda on the way. On an en-route game drive, see animals such as elephants, giraffes, lions, and great plains. Arrive and check in at your lodge, then have lunch.

Spend the afternoon at leisure and enjoy the lodge amenities. In the evening, embark on a night game drive to see nocturnal wildlife species. Return to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 2:

After breakfast, start the day with a morning boat cruise on Lake Ihema. Continue to visit the giraffe area in the south and the lakes road up towards Birengero. Stop for a packed lunch at the picnic area.

Day 3:

Wake up to a relaxed breakfast and have your last drives around the park. Check out and drive back to Kigali. Stop for last-minute souvenir shopping en route to Kigali International Airport for your outbound flight.
