Description
Discover the secrets of Champagne grape varieties during a guided tasting of three distinctive wines in the heart of the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay.
Discover the iconic grape varieties of Maison Vincent d'Astrée through an immersive tasting in the heart of the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay.
In an authentic setting, in Pierry – a charming Champagne village classified as Premier Cru – enjoy a unique experience around three carefully selected vintages: a non-vintage Brut, a Blanc de Blancs, and a Blanc de Noirs.
Founded in 1956, Maison Vincent d'Astrée passionately cultivates Meunier and Chardonnay, the two flagship grape varieties of the region. Thanks to a chalky terroir and an ideal exposure of the hillsides, our champagnes reveal great finesse and a beautiful aromatic expression.
During this workshop, you'll be welcomed by a member of our team, who will introduce you to:
The history of the House and the specificities of our Premier Cru terroir
The key stages in making our champagnes
A guided tasting of three iconic vintages:
The Brut, the House's signature, comes from a Meunier/Chardonnay blend
Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay, all freshness and elegance
Blanc de Noirs, 100% Meunier, fruity and original
You'll learn to taste like a pro: observe the color, identify the aromas, and appreciate the balance on the palate.
Open to everyone, this workshop adapts to your level of knowledge and is, above all, a time for sharing. Whether you're curious or passionate, you'll leave with a better understanding of what makes our champagnes unique – and of our human-sized Maison, where terroir, quality, and transmission are at the heart of every bottle.
