Winery Experience: History, Infernot, and Tasting
Discover the authentic charm of Monferrato with a journey through history, tradition, and flavors. Our Cinque Quinti winery is located in the heart of Cella Monte, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, recognized in July 2018. Here, among ancient walls and enchanting views, we'll guide you to discover our roots.
A journey through history and passion
The visit kicks off with a tour of our historic winery, where we'll tell you about our work and the process that turns grapes into wine. We'll continue with an exploration of our infernot, underground rooms carved into the Pietra da Cantoni, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, guardians of centuries-old traditions and mysteries of the past.
Tasting: an encounter with taste
After the tour, we'll welcome you for a guided tasting, where you can savor 4 wines from our Classic Line, accompanied by fragrant breadsticks. If you like, you can enrich the experience with a small platter of cold cuts, cheeses, and bruschettine, to enhance every sip with the flavors of the region.

As far as possible, we ask you to arrive on time according to the booking time so as not to make the other people in your group wait.
Go to the cashier and let them know you're here with the name on your reservation. As soon as everyone in the time slot has arrived, we'll start the tour. If you're late, we'll wait a maximum of 10/15 minutes.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
