Discover the legendary French pairing: wine and cheese! Through a participatory workshop, we invite you to learn more about the development and pairing of these two local products.
Join an immersive experience dedicated to discovering two pillars of French gastronomy. This workshop combines a discovery phase in the field and a tasting session in a "home-like" atmosphere.
The service begins with a guided tour of our wine château, in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards, whose landscape is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll introduce you to the farm, its history, and the unique characteristics of our land. This introduction lets you see the starting point of wine production before we dive into the transformation processes.
The workshop continues indoors with an educational approach to making different types of cheese. This experience will also help you understand the concepts of appellation for these two products, explaining the criteria that define PDO, AOC, and PGI.
The session ends with a practical exercise: a tasting of 4 of our wines and 6 cheeses selected by our cheese partners.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
