Let's enjoy local gastronomy together
The cooking class gives visitors the opportunity to observe and take part in the preparation of local dishes.
Departure at 9:30 a.m. to go shopping at the market, return home, set up, and start preparing the meal. You will receive explanations about each ingredient, as well as the different cooking stages.
Guests will help peel vegetables, scale fish, or prepare chicken or meat, depending on the menu they choose.
Guests will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of Senegalese dishes:
Rice with fish and vegetables, our national dish; fish yassa with white rice, onion sauce, and vegetables; chicken yassa; and mafé with peanut paste, meat, and vegetables.
Senegalese mint tea will be served after the meal.
Senegalese cuisine, which is very hearty, offers a moment of conversation and sharing, combining business with pleasure.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
