Set off from our vibrant Adventure HQ on the Sea Point Promenade next to the Lighthouse. Watch paragliders jumping off Signal Hill, runners, walkers, and cyclists moving down the promenade, and join the active lifestyle on Cape Town's beautiful Atlantic Seaboard.
Drift past the historic Green Point Lighthouse in the comfort of our stable lightweight kayaks, tracking the spectacular Atlantic Seaboard coastline with Table Mountain and Lion’s Head as your backdrop and compass.
This journey offers a front-row seat to Cape Town’s wild natural beauty and the opportunity to interact with its incredible marine life. Look out for our local playful Heaviside Dolphins, adorable, rare African Penguins, and breaching whales. Spot one of the peaceful giants, the Southern Right Whale. Port and Starboard, a brotherly pair of Orcas, can also be spotted occasionally, and a dinosaur from the deep, the Mola Mola (Sunfish).
After the mission, relax in an oasis garden, enjoying a smoothie/matcha/coffee from our health bar and relaxing music in the trees. Our expert guides, with years of ocean experience, will ensure you feel confident and comfortable.

Meet at the Truth Clubhouse, centrally located at the Prom Park in Mouille Point, next to the Put Put course. After a short safety briefing, hop into your kayaks and paddle into the Atlantic Ocean.

Participants must be physically able to kayak
Children must be 8 years or older
Will not depart in rainy and stormy weather, strong winds over 10 knots, or large swell 2.5m plus to ensure a quality experience and safety for our guests
TRUTH Adventure HQ is located in Prom Park Next to the Put Put (mini golf) course and the Lighthouse on Beach Road, Mouille Point.
Enter the Prom Park from the road and turn left through the tree arch towards the sound of music. Our team cannot wait to meet you!

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
