Description

Climb a little-known mountain in Alicante, which starts in the village of Busot, with a great atmosphere and rock quality. Cabeço d'Or has all kinds of climbing, and for long routes, it's one of its gems.
Climbing in Cabeço d'Or is beautiful, and it's on limestone walls of excellent quality. Its southwest orientation, on most of its walls, means you can climb most days of the year.

It's always hotter in summer, and in winter, it's in the shade, but not too cold since it's in the south of Alicante province.

It has numerous routes, both sport and long-distance (equipped and unequipped), many of them close to the parking lot and others further away, in more remote areas.

This beautiful rock massif and micro-valleys are just a 25-minute drive from downtown Alicante. It's located in the town of Busot, a small village that offers climbers shelter with numerous basic and affordable services.

The climbing guide ratio will be a maximum of 2 people per guide. Anyone who's in good physical shape, has minimal climbing experience, and is at least 12 years old can join in. (Always with the consent of your legal guardians.) For certain routes, you must have a minimum of previous experience.

Be in good physical shape and in an acceptable and stable state of health
The meeting point is a section of the road that leads to the Canalobre caves. This section has public parking limited to 20/30 cars
INCLUDED
  • Helmet, full harness (belay device, carabiner, anchor ropes), climbing shoes, RC and accident insurance, certified guide service, NON-professional photo session (taken by the guide), data protection and collective material (ropes, carabiners and safety material)
NOT INCLUDED
  • Food, drink, activity clothing, mountain footwear, warm jacket and/or raincoat, sunscreen, cap and sunglasses, transfer/transport to the activity (can be arranged if you don't have it).

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
