Description

Climb one of the most iconic peaks in the province of Alicante, the Peñon de Ifach. A rocky elevation above the Mediterranean, near the city of Calpe, will blow your mind.
The Penyó d'Ifach is a rock monolith that rises from the sea and is an icon of climbing, in the province of Alicante and the Valencian community. The climb is incredible, with sea views the whole time. The rock has a curious feel, a mix of limestone and sandstone.
The rock has different faces to climb, and even a walking ascent, which is where we'll descend after our climb.
The climbing ratio will be a maximum of 2 people per guide. Anyone who is in full physical capacity and over 12 years of age can participate. (Always with the consent of their legal guardians.)
I offer different options for climbing the Peñón de Ifach, depending on your climbing level.

According to Decree 260/1993, of December 30, the Valencian Government approved the Master Plan for the Use and Management of the Penyal d'Ifac Natural Park. Climbing on the north-northwest wall is not allowed in April, May, and June due to the peregrine falcon breeding season.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
