IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Guests must check in 30 minutes prior to departure to receive a boarding pass. Parking is not included and may be difficult. We highly recommend planning your route the day before and arriving at least an hour early. (In the spring and summer, you may want to arrive in the morning and plan to spend the day in John's Pass)
Cruises will still run in a light rain. If there is severe weather, we may cancel the cruise but will most likely wait until the departure time to give each cruise every opportunity to go out.
A minimum number of passengers are required for cruises to go out. (Typically, this is not an issue in the spring and summer)
Head under the boardwalk, across the street from Dick's Last Resort. Look for the Pirate Ship and Dolphin Quest gift shop before you reach the dock. You will see signs and flags on the building and by the street.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
