Dinner unfolds with a fixed multi-course menu crafted fresh each day in our kitchen. Every dish showcases the finest ingredients, either lovingly harvested from our organic garden or thoughtfully sourced from trusted local producers. Our culinary journey includes:

A hearty second course, typically featuring a carefully cooked meat dish paired with a complementary side.

For those seeking an extraordinary treat, you may opt for our signature Fiorentina Steak instead of the normal second course—one of the finest you’ll ever taste. This locally raised and expertly butchered cut is prepared to perfection and can be reserved in advance through our booking page by ordering the 'Fiorentina steak option' where each unit is sold per person (not per steak) or by contacting us directly thought email or whatsapp.

We warmly recommend arriving early to soak in the beauty of Podere Spedalone’s historical farmhouse estate. Wander through our organic olive groves, learn about our artisanal world-class olive oil production, and perhaps enjoy a leisurely pre-dinner drink under the Tuscan sky.

In the event that all spots at our outdoor communal table are fully booked, priority will naturally be given to our cherished guests staying at the accommodation. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide a comfortable and memorable experience for all.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
