Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and alcohol is strictly served only to those aged 20 and above, with no exceptions for drivers.
Japanese law prohibits alcohol consumption and smoking for those under 20, and drivers must refrain from alcohol consumption.
Children under 16 years old is allowed to stay until 18:00 (23:00 if accompanied by a guardian)
Children under 18 years old is allowed to stay until 23:00 even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We may request ID for age verification and room rental extensions are subject to availability; late fees apply after 15 minutes.
Food and drink orders should be placed in the room, excluding soft drinks, and additional charges must be covered by the group representative.
Changes to reservation times or room extensions may not be possible if fully booked, and drivers must abstain from alcohol.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
