• Due to local regulations, you must be at least 16 years old to ride a Segway. Those under 16 years old are welcome to join and can be provided with high-end electric bikes at discounted rates
• You will ride in small groups of 2 to 6 people per guide. For safety reasons, larger groups are split up and accompanied by several guides
• Riders must be able to make motions similar to climbing and descending stairs without assistance
• Riders must be at least 110 centimeters tall and weigh between 35 and 120 kilograms
• It is strongly advised that expectant mothers do not participate in any Segway activities for their own safety and that of their child
• Comfortable clothe and shoes are recommended
• Wear warm and water resistant clothes and gloves in the winter
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
