IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The cave is adapted for the passage of people with reduced mobility (90% of the route can be done in a wheelchair). Accessible route to the entrance to the Cave: approximately 300 m, with sloping areas < 20 m around 10% inclination (always accompanied by a guide, so it is necessary to notify them before your visit)
• The entry of child seats is not allowed, babies can go in baby carriers
• Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• Children between 0 and 3 years old enter for free (lap-seating policy)
• The interior temperature of the Cave is approximately 12 or 14º C, with a relative humidity of around 90%. Please note that during the hottest months, the temperature difference is greater.
• Free outdoor parking available.
• There is a self-service cafeteria and a terrace with views on the premises.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
