Please note that calling out to the players, asking for photos with them, or requesting autographs is prohibited. Anyone who violates these rules may be excluded from the experience without any compensation.

You must be on time. If you are late, you may not be able to access the experience due to high-security reasons at the stadium, refunds are not accepted.
