THE MINIMUM AGE TO ACCESS THE ATTRACTION IS 16 YEARS OLD ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN.
The access is through the beach and it is not adapted for wheelchairs.
Please arrive 15 minutes before boarding time.
The schedule of the activity is not fixed, it is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may have to wait in line upon arrival.
The waiting area and meeting point is at Playa del Arenal. You will see a sign "Life & Sea" and you will need to go to the beach where you will see the kiosk.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
