⚠️Important: Once you park your car in the public car park, only bring the essential things to the route, leave the rest in the car. From the car park to the meeting point there is a 10 minute (800 m) walk.

- Photos will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided in your booking via a link to preserve their quality, once the guides have forwarded them to the reception staff.
- Please download the photos as soon as you receive the link. Due to the high volume of daily activities and links generated, as well as storage limitations on our guides’ devices, links will be deleted one month after being sent.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
NOT INCLUDED
- Private transfer: Participants are responsible for meeting our sports instructors at the previously indicated meeting point.
- Appropriate footwear: Closed, comfortable shoes suitable for water activities are recommended, such as water shoes, reef shoes, or sneakers. For safety and comfort, flip-flops are not advised.
- Food and drink: The activity does not include food or beverages, so it is the client’s responsibility to bring a light snack and enough water to stay properly hydrated during the day.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
