Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Sigiriya
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) and meet your private driver-guide. Travel directly to Sigiriya, located in the heart of Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle. Relax at your hotel surrounded by jungle views or enjoy an optional village tour or Ayurvedic treatment.
Day 2: Sigiriya Rock Fortress & Dambulla Caves
In the morning, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its ancient frescoes and sweeping views. Then visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a spiritual sanctuary filled with intricate Buddha statues and rock art. Optional elephant safari or village experience in the afternoon.
Day 3: Transfer to Kandy via Matale

Day 5: Ella Highlights

Day 6: Safari in Yala National Park
Head southeast to Yala, Sri Lanka’s premier wildlife destination. In the afternoon or early next morning, set out on a jeep safari in search of elephants, crocodiles, leopards, sloth bears, and birdlife. Overnight at a nearby eco-lodge or resort.
Day 7: Transfer to Mirissa – Beach Time Begins
After your safari, journey south to Mirissa, a laid-back beach town. Check into your resort and relax on golden sands or swim in the Indian Ocean. From November to April, optional whale watching tours are available.
Day 8: Leisure Day in Mirissa
Enjoy a full day at leisure. Go whale and dolphin watching, surf gentle waves, or enjoy fresh seafood by the beach. End the day with a seaside sunset or a tropical cocktail under the stars.
Day 9: Explore Galle Fort

Day 10: Departure
