Day 1: Colombo-Kandy
Meet your guide in Colombo and take a scenic drive along the Kandy-Colombo main road to the hill country capital of Kandy. Stop at Peradeniya Botanical Garden. In the afternoon, visit the Tooth Relic Temple, Kandy Lake, and the Kandyan cultural show.
Day 2: Kandy-Nuwara Eliya-Ella
After breakfast, continue your journey to Nuwara Eliya on a scenic winding road. Stop at the Ramboda waterfalls, a tea garden, and a tea factory. After a brief city tour of Nuwara Eliya, board the hill country blue train to take a scenic train trip from Nanu Oya to Ella.
Day 3: Ella-Yala
After breakfast, hike to the top of the Mini-Adams Peak for a bird's-eye view over the surrounding area. Later, visit the legendary Nine Arch Bridge. Continue your journey to Sri Lanka's south coast, stopping at the Ravana Waterfall and the Buduruwagala Ancient Temple along the way.
Day 4: Yala-Galle
Start the day with an early morning Yala National Park safari. Keep your eyes peeled for leopards, bears, elephants, and other creatures. After the wildlife tour, drive along the scenic coastal belt of Sri Lanka to the beach resort.
Day 5: Galle-Colombo
After breakfast, continue the journey to Colombo Airport or your beach resort. En-route stop at the Galle Fort, the Bentota River, and the Sea Turtle Conservation Project.
