Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to complete the check-in and waiver process. Boats depart promptly at the scheduled time.
Finding Our Boat
Look for our distinctive red, white, and blue parasail boat at A-Dock at Marina Village, directly behind the Sushi Song food kiosk. If the boat is not visible at the dock, we are currently on a tour and will return shortly.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
