This half day tour gives visitors an opportunity to experience the rich and diverse cultures of our rainbow nation. It gives the best insight into the culture and traditions of local South Africans.
Its only an hour's drive from both Johannesburg and Pretoria to the Lesedi cultural village, tyhe place of light.
Visitors are at first welcome by a traditional song and welcoming refresher juice and will upon entering the gate have eyes glued to colorful gift shops with a variety of take home with gifts.
The tour starts with drum beating experience and an introduction to the history of South Africa. Visitors will then explore the five villages namely the Ndebele, the Sotho, the Pedi, the Zulu and the Xhosa.
After villages the visitors are taken to the dancing hall where an unforgettable experience is offered offered.
At end is a lunch meal at or dinner at nyama choma restaurant.
These experiences start either at 11:30am or 16:30 .

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
