Meet your guide in Stockholm and travel to a lakeside forest location. We will walk to the Sauna through the Swedish Forest. Upon arrival, your guide will introduce the sauna, explain how to approach the thermal cycle, and create a supportive environment for first-time and experienced sauna guests alike.

Alternate between the sauna and the lake, with time to rest and enjoy the surroundings between rounds. Experience the rhythm of heating up in the sauna and then cooling down in the lake, which is central to Nordic bathing traditions.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
