Child ticket: Age between 4-11 years.
Please email a passport/ID photo of all travelers with your booking number to bookingohhootravel@gmail.com for national park entry registration at least one day ahead.
You have to bring a copy paper of your passport/ID Card or save it as the picture on your phone to check in before getting on board.
Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart disease, and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or provide a full refund.
Pickup is available for all hotels within Khao Lak. The pickup time starts between 06:50 am. and 07:30 am. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
