Departures from Bangkok are not possible. If departing from Bangkok, you must arrange your own transportation to Pattaya.
If using the bus, please designate Trio Pattaya Hotel or J Pattaya Hotel near the terminal as the meeting point.
If the hotel complex consists of multiple buildings, pickup will take place at the main lobby.
If you would like to be picked up from a different building, please specify the building name when making your reservation.
There may be slight delays depending on traffic conditions on the day.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
