Pick up you at your hotel and meet your guide. Visit the local market to see the raw materials to cook Thai cuisine. Back at the school, begin preparing ingredients for your five-course meal. Learn how to make Thai appetizer, soup, curry paste from scratch, curry, Thai stir fried(main course) and Thai dessert.
You can choose appetizer, soup, main course and dessert but the curry menu depends on the class day and available ingredients.
Every Monady and Friday, make Green Curry Chicken. Tuesdays and Saturdays feature Red Curry Chicken. Discover how to make Panang curry chicken every Wednesday and Sunday. Finally, make Massaman Curry Chicken every Thursday.
After you've finished cooking, sit back and enjoy your creation. Savor the unique flavors and get to know your class group through a friendly meal. You can get an E-cook book. Drop off you to your hotel.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
