Participants must be the age of 6 years old, It isn’t advisable that elder people above 80 years old participate. Adults and Childs are quoted in the same unless the child is suitable sitting on parents lap. Passengers over 80 years of age will produce a medical certificate fit for flight. Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs. This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors. Maximum weight per participant: 95KG. Participants over 95KG unable to join this activity due to safety reasons. In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the tour.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
