6-Day Mid-Luxury Highlights of Tanzania

This tour takes you to Materuni, Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, and Ngorongoro Crater. Each day features a unique blend of wildlife, culture, and relaxation, with comfortable accommodations to match.
Day 1: Arusha to Materuni Village – Cultural Experience & Return to Arusha
Morning: Depart from Arusha and head to Materuni Village, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a scenic drive as you make your way to the village.

Materuni Waterfalls: Visit the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful walk through the lush forest, swim in the natural pools, or simply relax by the falls.

Coffee Tour: Visit a local coffee farm in Materuni, where you'll learn about the coffee-growing process from bean to cup. You can also participate in the traditional coffee-making process, including picking, roasting, and brewing your own coffee.

Return to Arusha: After a full day of adventure, drive back to Arusha for the night, where you'll spend the evening relaxing and preparing for your next day’s adventure.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Elephant Paradise
Morning: After breakfast, depart from Arusha and head to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and unique baobab trees.

Game Drive: Spend the day exploring the park on a game drive. Tarangire is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and an array of bird species. The park's stunning landscape provides plenty of photo opportunities.

Lunch: Enjoy a bush lunch or picnic in the park, taking in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Evening: After a day of exciting wildlife sightings, head to Eileen's Trees Inn in Karatu for an overnight stay. Relax in the tranquil surroundings after your Tarangire adventure.

Day 3, 4 & 5: Serengeti National Park – The Heart of the Wilderness
Morning (Day 3): After breakfast, begin your journey to Serengeti National Park, one of the world’s most famous wildlife reserves. Arrive in the park and check into your accommodation.

Game Drives: Over the next two days (Day 3 and 4), enjoy extensive game drives throughout Serengeti. Serengeti is home to a wide range of wildlife, including the "Big Five" (lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos).

Accommodation: Stay at Moyo Tented Camp in Central Serengeti for the next two nights (including Day 3 & 4). This luxury tented camp provides an authentic safari experience with spacious, well-appointed tents and fantastic views of the Serengeti plains.


Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater.
Game Drive in the Crater: Descend into the crater for a morning game drive. Explore the rich biodiversity within the caldera, and enjoy the sight of animals in one of the most stunning natural environments in the world.

Lunch: Enjoy a picnic or lunch at a designated area within the crater.

Afternoon: After your time in Ngorongoro, drive back to Arusha, where your safari experience concludes.

End of Tour: Depending on your flight schedule, you can either head to the airport or relax in Arusha before your departure.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
