Begin your adventure with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. After a short safari briefing, drive to Arusha National Park and complete the entrance formalities before beginning your adventure.
Start with a guided game drive through the park’s forests, open grasslands, and scenic landscapes. Keep an eye out for giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, bushbucks, blue monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and different bird species.
Continue to the colorful Momella Lakes, which attract flamingos and many other water birds. The area offers excellent photography opportunities and beautiful views of Mount Meru and, on clear days, Mount Kilimanjaro.
Enjoy a packed picnic lunch at one of the designated picnic sites inside the park while surrounded by peaceful natural scenery.
