Following breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide and embark on a drive to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate, which takes approximately one hour. Upon arrival, complete the registration process and begin your ascent. The trek will take you through the rainforest to the Mandara encampment.
A detour to Maundi Crater offers an excellent opportunity to appreciate the surrounding landscapes, including views of Northern Tanzania and Kenya. While traversing the rainforest, keep an eye out for the majestic Eucalyptus trees, various bird species, and Colobus monkeys.
After enjoying lunch, return to the park gate and drive back to Moshi.
