Baraka natural aquarium in Nungwi, Zanzibar offers a unique and memorable experience where visitors can swim with native sea turtle. The aquarium serves as a sunctuary for turtles that have been injured or caught in fishermen"s net. Once they recover and reach a certain size, they released back into the ocean.
You can get into the water with the turtles, which can be an incredible experience as they swim around you. The turtles are quite friendly and love seaweed which you can feed them.
If you prefer to stay dry, you can still interact with the turtles by feeding them from the side of the lagoon. You will also learn the conservation efforts and the importance of protecting these beautiful creatures.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
