Description

An excursion package spread over several days to discover the true essence of Zanzibar Island. Our experienced guide will introduce you to all the wonders of this paradise.
STONE TOWN & PRISON ISLAND:
Visit Stone Town capital and UNESCO World Heritage Site, discovering local culture and folklore. Stop at the Central Market, visit the Anglican Cathedral, stroll through the narrow and ancient old town where you can admire the original Arab gates until you reach the famous House of Wonders and the Sultan's Palace, now an important museum. Last stop dedicated to shopping. Then a short boat ride to Prison Island, an island where slaves were quarantined, and now home to the famous turtle reserve. Stop on the beach for swimming and relaxation, where you can admire the colorful starfish.
NAKUPENDA:
Nakupenda is a tongue of fine white sand that disappears every 4 hours at high tide. The island is about 100 meters long and about 30 meters wide. All around: a crystal clear sea. The first thing you feel like doing is diving and snorkeling . Lunch will be served under tents set up with colorful towels that also allow shelter from the sun, a typical Swahili lunch is served buffet style . After lunch you have another hour or so to enjoy Nakupenda and to realize how quickly the tide rises and eats up meters of beach in a very short time.
MNEMBA:
The island of Mnemba, is surrounded by crystal clear turquoise sea and an intact coral reef with an incredible variety of marine species. An unmissable sight for snorkelers. Mnemba is also one of the best sites for diving. The Dhow, the typical boat, sails from Matemwe village or Muyuni beach depending on the tide. Being part of a marine protected area, you cannot land on the island but are allowed to snorkel all around. Colorful fish, tuna, barracuda, clownfish, anemones and turtles-a very rich sea! At low tide rocks surface, fishermen can be seen using spears and returning to the mainland in their Ngalawa sailboats heading to the Matemwe market for the fish auction. After snorkeling, it's back to Matemwe for lunchtime. Relaxing on the still wild beach, you can see seaweed growing and watch the women harvesting it as long as the tide allows.
BLUE SAFARI:
A wonderful day discovering dreamy places! Sailing aboard typical local boats, we sail to the beautiful Menay-Bay, where you can relax, sunbathe and snorkel. Delicious grilling of fish and shellfish on the beautiful Kwale Island, surrounded by the scent of the beautiful tamarind trees. After lunch we will go to admire the largest and oldest specimen of Baobab, which has been alive for 500 years. Finally second stop snorkeling and sailing in search of dolphins.
