Day 1: Doi Inthanon & Karen Village Homestay
Begin with a hotel pickup and head to Doi Inthanon National Park Area, Thailand’s highest peak. Stop at a local market and visit the stunning Vachirathan Waterfall.
Explore the King and Queen Pagodas and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Trek for 3 hours through lush forest to a White Karen Hill Tribe Village. Spend the evening with a local family, enjoying a home-cooked dinner and experiencing authentic village life.
Day 2: Jungle Trek, Waterfall & Bamboo Rafting
Start with a traditional breakfast before a 1-hour uphill trek and a 1-hour descent to a hidden waterfall for swimming and relaxation.
Continue trekking to a local restaurant for lunch, then enjoy a 1-hour bamboo rafting adventure on the Mae Wang River.
For the 2-day tour, return to Chiang Mai in the late afternoon. For the 3-day tour, continue deeper into the jungle for more trekking and a second night in a Karen village.
Day 3 (For the 3-Day, 2-Night Option): Jungle Trek & Ethical Elephant Care
Start with a hearty breakfast before trekking through Karen farmland and forest trails. Visit a Shan village for a traditional lunch and learn about local life.
The day’s highlight is an ethical elephant experience at a local sanctuary. Participate in feeding, mud spa treatments, and bathing elephants in a natural, stress-free setting.
End the adventure with a peaceful bamboo rafting trip along the Mae Wang River before returning to Chiang Mai in the evening, filled with lasting memories of this authentic journey.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
