1. The bamboo rafting lasts approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on river conditions.
2. The ATV lasts approximately 1 hour.
3. Please note that your clothes might get dirty during the ATV ride, and can get wet during the bamboo rafting. Please bring extra clothes.
4. Please bring your own allergy medication (If any)
5. Customers will travel in a 12-seater, air-conditioned van.
6. Bamboo Rafting is suitable for all ages. However, young children and infants require close parental supervision for safety.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
