A pick-up service is included for hotels in Pattaya's city center.
- For the 7:00 am session: Hotel pick-up time is between 6:45–7:45 am;
- For the 11:00 am session: Hotel pick-up time is between 9:45–10:40 am
Please be ready at the hotel lobby or gathering location in advance and keep your contact details open so the driver can contact you in time.
Once at the base, guests are required to fill out and sign a registration form at reception. Afterward, they can relax in the lounge area. Weather permitting, the first group will take off at 9:00 am, with subsequent groups departing every 30 minutes. The day's final skydive is scheduled for 5:00 pm
Each participant will be paired with an instructor who will assist in gearing up and provide a comprehensive briefing on the skydiving procedure and safety guidelines
Together with your instructor, you'll board the plane and set off for your skydiving experience
Post landing, head back to the reception to collect any photos or videos from your jump. These can be immediately shared on social media for friends and family to see
The return to the hotel is determined by the day's schedule, but rest assured, you'll be back in Pattaya by 6:30 pm at the latest. It's advisable not to schedule any other activities until after your return to the hotel

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Tandem jumpers must be at least 8 years old, over 1.2 meters tall, and weigh at least 25 kg. Minors need a parent's signature to skydive.
Avoid scuba diving 24 hours prior to your jump to prevent severe decompression sickness
Alcohol consumption before skydiving is strictly prohibited. Jumpers under the influence will be denied participation
Suitable weather conditions are essential for the jump. Operations may be halted due to excessive wind or cloud cover. Bad weather is only experienced a few days a year
The standard weight limit for jumpers is 95kg. Some instructors may accommodate individuals exceeding this limit at their discretion. An additional fee applies for those weighing more than 95 kg, and individuals over 115 kg are not permitted to participate
People with the following health conditions are not allowed to participate: severe heart disease, high blood pressure, weighing more than 115kg, and diving within 24 hours are not allowed.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
