This is a joint tour, the operator will be picking up each guest in order, so please kindly wait patiently at your hotel. If waiting for too long, please contact the operator immediately.
In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the tour.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Pickup is available for all hotels within Chiang Mai's old town. The pickup time starts between 05:00 pm. and 05:30 pm. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
