Treat yourself to a luxurious 1 - 2 hour massage, choosing between several massage options, ranging from a classic oil massage, to a traditional Thai massage and a Tok Sen or Herbal Ball massage at an award winning day spa in the heart of Chiang Mai’s old city, including a complimentary pick-up from hotels located within the city.
Relax in the lush and tropical surroundings of the spa with ample green spaces and water features while enjoying home made herbal drinks during your spa consultation. Use your own private room with en suite facilities to take a shower after the treatment. Your therapist will bring you to an air-conditioned area to savor a homemade ginger tea and a light snack after your massage. If you wish, you can relax at the spa or visit the adjacent café and restaurant.
When you are ready, the driver will transport you back to your hotel. The driver can also drop you at a market or shopping mall, a restaurant or even at the airport. You can safely store your luggage at the spa reception area during your massage and the driver will send you off to the airport after you completed your treatments.

• Customers making their own way to the spa should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to fill out the consultation card. In case of a customer not arriving for their appointment on time, the spa will only keep the appointment for 15 minutes maximum. If the customer has not arrived within 15 minutes after their appointment time, the spa reserved the right to give the appointment slot to other customers. Bookings for customers who arrived late for their appointment can not be refunded but can be re-scheduled to a different time or date, subject to availability. Bookings where customers arrived late and no masseur or room is available at the time of the customer's arrival may be rescheduled to a later date or time at the discretion, subject to availability.

Complimentary pick up service is available for hotels located within Chiang Mai city. For hotels outside of the area, a pick up can be arranged for an extra charge.
The driver will pick you up around 30 minutes before your appointment time and meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please note: No pick up from shopping malls, public places, the airport or markets.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
