Discover four different sides of Tunisia in one day: the collections of the Bardo Museum, the ancient ruins of Carthage, the blue-and-white streets of Sidi Bou Said and the lively atmosphere of the Tunis Medina. This itinerary combines guided cultural visits with free time to explore and take photographs.

We’ll pick you up from your selected departure location. For departures from Hammamet, pickup is planned around 8:00 am. Your exact pickup time will depend on your accommodation and will be confirmed before the excursion.

Our first visit is the Bardo Museum in Tunis. During an approximately 1-hour-and-15-minute guided visit, discover its Roman mosaics and archaeological collections. Your guide will explain the stories behind selected works, helping you understand different periods of Tunisia’s history.

We’ll then continue to Carthage for an approximately 1-hour guided visit to the Antonine Baths. Explore the remains of this Roman bathing complex beside the Mediterranean and learn about its role in the daily life of ancient Carthage.

Around midday, we’ll stop at a restaurant for an approximately 1-hour lunch break before continuing to Sidi Bou Said.

In Sidi Bou Said, you’ll have approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time to explore at your own pace. Walk through the narrow streets lined with whitewashed houses and blue doors, discover viewpoints over the sea and take photographs. You can also take a break at a local café before meeting the group at the agreed location.

Our final stop is the Medina of Tunis. Walk through its historic streets and souks, where traditional architecture, small workshops and everyday city life come together. This visit adds another perspective to the day, connecting the museum collections and ancient ruins with the atmosphere of the capital today.

After the visit, we’ll begin the return journey to your departure area. For the Hammamet itinerary, arrival at the first hotel is expected around 6:00 pm. Your actual drop-off time will depend on traffic and your accommodation’s location.

The order and duration of visits may be adjusted according to the pickup location, traffic and site opening hours. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the archaeological remains, cobbled streets and Medina.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
