· 9:00 a.m.: Arrival at Zriba Ollya. Immediate immersion in the unique atmosphere of this ghost village. Explore its steep, silent alleys, deserted cave dwellings, and stone houses huddled together, offering a poignant testimony to a way of life that has disappeared. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking and mystical.
· 11:00 a.m.: A tasting in the heart of authenticity. A striking contrast! You will be welcomed by local residents in a restored house or on a terrace with a breathtaking view for a friendly tasting of local products. This tasty break brings the place back to life for a moment:
· Berber tea (with pine) or traditional coffee, served with legendary Tunisian hospitality.
· Traditional bread baked over a wood fire.
· Olive oil from the region.
· Mountain honey with unique aromas.
· Dates and harissa.
· 11:45 a.m.: Free time. Take advantage of this unique atmosphere to take spectacular and melancholic photos et objets perdus. The place is a paradise for photographers.
