IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The card can be used only for the metro, funicular, tram, bus, and ferry; swipe it once you enter each station or stop. It is not valid for airport transfer to the city
• The remaining unused value can be used within 6 months by you or anyone else you give the card to. The value cannot be refunded

You are required to bring and wear a mask
Your card will be at your hotel when you arrive. The activity provider's customer service team will contact you to get your hotel details so they can send you the card on time. Deliveries are not available to Airbnbs, private apartments, or outside Istanbul.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
