Start the tour in the afternoon to ensure you get awesome lighting for your photos. You’ll be picked up from your accommodations before heading to a lovely lavender garden with stunning views of Goreme. Then you’ll head to Durmus Kadir Church, a majestic cave basilica with some of the most elegantly carved architecture in Cappadocia.
After taking snaps of the sixth-century church and rock pulpit, you’ll make your way to Aza Cave Hotel for sweeping views of the popular and whimsical fairy chimneys. After gazing at the striking rock formations, you’ll head to Artemis Cave Cappadocia to pose in front of their famous blue-eyed wall.
