For your domestic flight to Cappadocia, the driver will drop you off at the airport terminal entrance door in Istanbul, this tour doesn't include assistant services at airports. Please proceed to the gate of the flight on your own after handing over your luggage
The balloon ride is an extra activity and not included in the price. Balloon flight ticket prices vary according to the season and demand. The activity provider will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about balloon flight tickets after your reservation.
Optimum weather conditions are needed for a hot air balloon flight. All flights can be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority
If you make a balloon flight ticket reservation with the activity provider and your flight gets canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund
Flight tickets are economy class (for all options) with a 15 kg check-in luggage allowance and an 8 kg carry on allowance for each domestic flight.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
